Orders and Tracking

How do I place an order?

Add the items you want to your cart and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to enter your shipping and payment information. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed successfully.


Can I modify or cancel my order?

You may request to modify or cancel your order within 2 hours of placement by contacting us at info@eyvetteboutique.com with your order number. After 2 hours, your order may enter our fulfillment process and changes may not be possible.


How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery in real time. If you have not received a tracking number within the expected timeframe, please contact us.


What if my order is lost or damaged?

If your package has not been delivered within the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to help resolve the issue. If your order arrives damaged, please keep the original packaging, take clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will offer a replacement or full refund.


Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. All transactions are processed securely via SSL encryption.


When will my payment be charged?

Your payment will be charged at the time you complete the checkout process. If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.


What will appear on my credit card statement?

Your statement will show a charge under "Eyvette Boutique."


What if my payment fails?

If your payment is declined, please double-check your billing address, card number, expiry date, and CVV. Ensure your card has sufficient funds and try again. If the issue persists, contact your bank or try a different payment method.


Shipping

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the contiguous (lower 48) United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international addresses at this time.


How much is shipping?

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. No handling or processing fees are charged.


How long will my order take to arrive?

Order processing takes 1–3 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 4–7 business days after shipment. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays or circumstances beyond our control.


What happens if my delivery address is incorrect?

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipment fees may apply and you may be responsible for additional shipping costs. Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


Returns and Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and labels attached.


What items are not eligible for return?

  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, odors, stains, or damage caused after delivery
  • Items returned without original tags, labels, or original packaging
  • Items returned after the 30-day delivery window
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"

Is return shipping free?

Yes. We cover all return shipping costs. A prepaid return shipping label will be provided at no charge upon authorization of your return.


How do I start a return?

Contact us at info@eyvetteboutique.com with your order number and reason for return. If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, please attach clear photos of the product and outer packaging. Once we review your request, we will provide a return authorization and a prepaid return shipping label. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.


How long does it take to receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.


Can I exchange my item?

Yes. If you would like a different size, color, or product, contact us at info@eyvetteboutique.com within 30 days of delivery and we will guide you through the exchange process.


Sizing

How do I find my size?

We measure every item by hand to ensure the best fit. All measurements are listed in inches. Please refer to the size chart on each product page for specific measurements.

How to Measure:

  • Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape horizontal and snug but not tight.
  • Length: Measure from the shoulder seam to the bottom hem.

What if I order the wrong size?

No worries — we offer free return shipping within 30 days. Contact us at info@eyvetteboutique.com and we will help you exchange for the correct size or process a refund.


Issues and Problems

My package shows as delivered but I didn't receive it.

First, please check with neighbors, building management, or your mailroom. If you still cannot locate your package, contact us within 48 hours of the delivery notification, and we will file a claim with the shipping carrier.


My order is taking longer than expected.

We are not liable for shipping delays caused by carrier issues, weather events, natural disasters, or force majeure. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.


Will all items in my order arrive at the same time?

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately and arrive on different days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email for each shipment.
