Return and refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Eyvette Boutique. If something is not quite right, we have made our return and refund process as straightforward as possible.


1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed — no signs of wear, washing, deodorant marks, makeup stains, pet hair, or alteration.
  • In its original condition with all original tags and labels attached.
  • Returned in its original packaging where possible.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, odors, stains, or damage caused after delivery
  • Items returned without original tags or labels attached
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Items returned after the 30-day delivery window
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase
  • Gift cards (if applicable)

3. How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at info@eyvetteboutique.com with your order number and reason for return. If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, please attach clear photos of the product and outer packaging.
  2. Our team will review your request and, if approved, send you a prepaid return shipping label and return instructions.
  3. Pack your item securely, ideally in its original packaging, with all tags attached.
  4. Ship the item using the prepaid label provided.

Important: Please do not send items back without first obtaining a return authorization from our team. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.


4. Free Return Shipping

We cover 100% of return shipping costs. Once your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.


5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@eyvetteboutique.com.
  2. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and outer packaging.
  3. We will arrange a free return and send a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Please keep all original packaging until the issue is resolved.


6. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us at info@eyvetteboutique.com within 30 days of delivery. Our team will confirm availability and guide you through the exchange process. A prepaid return label will be provided for the original item.


7. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • You will be notified of refund approval within 2–3 business days.
  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
  • Please allow an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.

8. Partial Returns and Shipping

If your original order qualified for free shipping and you return only part of your order, the remaining order amount may no longer qualify for free shipping. In such cases, we may deduct the corresponding shipping cost from your refund.


9. Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placement, provided it has not yet been processed.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled — you will need to follow our return process.
  • If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, you will receive a full refund within 10 business days.
